Bartwood Construction is working to get you home again: “On time, On budget, On target”
When your Emergency Services portion is completed it is now time for your structural repairs. The first step is inspection by one of our experienced Project Managers, who will assess the resulting damages in order to complete the repair estimate. It may take us several days to complete the repair estimate, depending on the length of time required to obtain all the pricing on the various trades and building materials involved.
Before the Project Manager leaves your home, he/she will review the recommended steps needed to complete the restoration of your home. The repairs can be scheduled immediately after the inspection has been completed, if the work authorization form has been signed. Please note, both your insurance company and Bartwood Construction require a signed work authorization form prior to scheduling the repairs.
Once a work authorization form has been signed, our Project Manager will then relay the scope of repairs to your Superintendent. Our Superintendent will contact you within 24 hours to schedule the repairs (which typically require 3-5 days to get started). Throughout this process your Superintendent will be in communication with you to discuss your job timeline and get your selection of appropriate building materials (such as carpet, wood flooring, etc.). Because every loss will vary in size, your timeline will be unique to the individual job.
Upon completion of your job, your Superintendent will do a final walk-through to make sure both you and the Superintendent are satisfied with the final outcome. During the final walk-through you will be asked to sign a completion form and any final monies that are due will be collected in full by your Superintendent.
