Operations Manager

Ideal candidate must have at least five years of insurance restoration/construction industry experience.  Must have sales management experience with established industry contacts/relationships.  Must be detailed oriented, organized and possess excellent leadership skills.  Must be familiar with restoration construction processes, estimating software programs and industry trades.  Must have the ability to manage numerous staff and divisions.  Must work well with others, be respectful and manage with a servant leadership attitude.  Bartwood offers industry competitive wages and an excellent benefit package.  Must pass a background check, drug screening and physical exam.  Compensation depends on experience.

Project Manager/Estimator/Sales

Ideal candidate must have insurance restoration/construction industry experience and be proficient with Xactimate estimating software program.   Ability to manage multiple files and communicate with claims adjusters, homeowners and support staff.  Need to be able to accurately estimate a loss with minimal leakage, sell the job and keep jobs on budget.  Must be able to provide Adjusters and Superintendents with timelines and ensure collection of receivables. You must also build relationships and communicate effectively.  Candidates need to be familiar with work-flow process and providing accurate documentation; also need to be adaptable with workload and schedule.  Bartwood offers industry competitive wages and an excellent benefit package.  Must pass a background check, drug screening and physical exam.  Compensation depends on experience.

Water Damage Technicians

Bartwood Construction is looking for full time EXPERIENCED water damage technicians who can responsibly handle new and ongoing water damage claims with professionalism and great customer service.  Must be reliable and honest, have integrity, have a positive attitude and the ability to think on your feet.  Current IICRC certification (WRT and/or ASD) a plus.  Must have a valid CA driver’s license with a clean DMV record.  Must also be able to work in PPE and respiratory protection.  Must pass a background check, drug screening and physical exam.  Work hours will vary weekly including nights and weekends.  Bartwood offers competitive wages and an excellent benefit package.  Compensation depends on experience.
